    • Density: 1.8-2.1g/cm ³ (1/4 of steel).

    • Tensile strength: ≥ 200MPa; Bending strength ≥ 250MPa.

    • Insulation: Volume resistivity ≥ 1 × 10 ΩΩ· m, non-conductive, no eddy current.

    • Flame retardancy: Oxygen index ≥ 32% (B1 level flame retardant), up to UL94 V-0 level.

    • Corrosion resistance: acid, alkali, salt spray, no corrosion after 5000 hours of salt spray test.

    • Temperature resistance: -50 ℃~+120 ℃ for long-term use.

    Process Description

    • Pultrusion molding (mainstream): continuous production, high strength, smooth surface; Used for straight sections and large quantities.

    • Compression molding: High precision (± 0.5mm), suitable for elbows/tees/irregular parts.

    • Vacuum import: porosity ≤ 1%, suitable for high anti-corrosion/high-strength scenarios.

    Structural Description

    Slot type (fully enclosed): dustproof and waterproof (IP55), anti-interference; Suitable for weak current/precision cables.

    Installation Instructions

    • Spacing between supports and hangers: horizontal 1.5-3m; vertical ≤ 2m; reinforced brackets should be added at turning points.

    • Splicing: Special connection plate, bolts from inside out, anti scratch cable.

    • Expansion and contraction treatment: Expansion joints (reserved for 20-30mm) shall be installed for straight sections exceeding 15m.

    • Grounding: Non metallic cable trays are equipped with copper braided strips for grounding; The metal bracket is connected to the grounding main line.

    • Cutting: Diamond grinding wheel cutting, the incision is coated with resin glue to prevent fiber exposure.
