    Guiding air: It can guide the cooling air into the cooling tower, allowing the air to flow along the designed path and form a good air circulation, thereby enhancing the cooling efficiency and enabling the air to fully exchange heat with the water inside the tower, taking away the heat.

    Regulating air velocity: By adjusting the opening degree of the air intake window, the air velocity and volume entering the cooling tower can be controlled to meet the cooling requirements under different working conditions. In high-temperature environments or when the cooling load is large, the air intake volume can be increased to improve the cooling effect.

    Reducing resistance: A rationally designed air window can reduce the air resistance entering the cooling tower, lower energy loss, prevent the formation of local vortices, and enable the air to pass through the cooling tower more smoothly, thereby enhancing the cooling efficiency.

    Dust-proof and stain-proof: Usually, dust-proof nets or filters and other devices are used to prevent dust, debris and pollutants from entering the cooling tower, avoiding clogging, corrosion and damage to the packing, pipes and equipment inside the tower, and thus extending the service life of the cooling tower.

    Grille type air Windows: Generally composed of grilles made of materials such as metal or plastic, they have a simple structure, a large ventilation area, low air resistance, are easy to install and maintain, and can also play a certain role in dust prevention and debris prevention.

    Honeycomb-shaped deflector air window: It adopts a honeycomb-shaped deflector structure. When air passes through the air window, it will go through multiple turns, which can effectively reduce water splashing, prevent direct sunlight from entering the cooling tower's water collection tray, avoid algae growth, and also has a relatively beautiful appearance.

    Material

    FRP: It has excellent corrosion resistance, weather resistance and strength, is lightweight, and is not prone to aging. It can adapt to various harsh environmental conditions and can be made into various shapes and colors to meet the appearance and usage requirements of different cooling towers.

    PVC: It has a relatively low price, strong corrosion resistance, good insulation performance, is easy to process and install, and can be made into different sizes and shapes as needed. It is often used in small cooling towers or occasions with high requirements for corrosion resistance.

    Metals: such as galvanized steel plates, stainless steel plates, etc., are of high strength, sturdy and durable, with excellent wind resistance and pressure resistance. They are suitable for large cooling towers or places with high requirements for strength and stability. However, anti-corrosion treatment should be noted to extend the service life.
